5 WAYS TO OVERCOME SELF - DOUBTS

1.ENGAGE YOURSELF IN SELF -CARE ACTIVITIES 

Engaging  oneself in doing all the things that will keep you feeling good while take care of physical and mental health . For example- eating healthy food ,regular exercise , enough sleep ,limited time spent on screens & social medial , spending time with nature .

2.PRACTICE SELF COMPASSION

Practice loving yourself rather than hating yourself .This involves changing the way see situation, recognizing your achievements , and ending the black and white thinking .

3. ASKING YOURSELF IF THE THOUGHTS ARE REASONABLE 

Try to fight your inner bully by challenging that voice with valid arguments . If  you struggle to develop power voice of your own ,try imagine yourself interacting with the critical voice in our head as a stronger person  you know such as a friend.  

4.KEEPING A JOURNAL TO REVIEW THE DAY 

Explore the situation that might have brought on particular emotions when you think back on the ay , and keep  in mind the underlying reasons for any thoughts of self hatred .

5.START TAKING SMALL STEPS TOWARDS THE LIFE YOU WANT 

Understand what your values are , and then start acting accordingly . It will be easier to feel confident in yourself once you begin to live according to your goals.
